Inclusive of: meet and greet service - airport charges - road tolls wherever applicable:

Additional Charges: 

• 25.00 € surcharge may be applied 45 minutes waiting 
  after flight landing or ship dock

• 12.00 € surcharge for transfers with Mercedes Taxi vehicle 
  between hours: 23:00 – 06:00

• 30% surcharge for transfers with Luxury Cars / Mini Van – Bus / Coach - 21:00  – 06:00

• 5% surcharge - on total charge for credit card payments

Included in listed rates:

• Road Tolls / Reasonable amount of luggage for vehicle booked / Parking fees

Not included in listed rates – provided upon request:

• Destinations not listed 

• Day Trips & Multi day tours

• Tour Guide/s – Overnight Expenses for driver/s & guide/s 

• Entry to Archaeological Sites / Museums 

• Meals & Beverages 

• Excess luggage, it is your responsibility to ensure that a large enough vehicle 
  is booked to accommodate luggage. 
  If you bring extra luggage that cannot fit in the vehicle, 
  you will need to cover any additional costs incurred in transferring your luggage

Should I tip my Driver?

We hope you will be entirely satisfied with the service you get from your driver.

If you feel it appropriate, and at your discretion, any gratuity amount you wish to make, 
without absolutely no obligation to do so, should be made directly to your assigned driver.

Cancellation policy for: Mini Van / Mini Bus / Coach / Luxury Car

• 4 days or more: No cancellation fees will be applied
• 3 days – 30% of the quoted rate
• 2 days – 50% of the quoted rate
• 1 day – 100% of the quoted rate

 
Cancellation policy for: Mercedes Taxi Vehicles

• Pick Up / Drop Off only
• No charge will apply if notified 8 hours prior to appointment
• 4 hours prior to appointment, 50% charge may apply
• Less than 4 hours 100% charge may apply

Cancellation policy for: Taxi at Disposal

• No charge for taxi at disposal cancellation 8 hours prior
• 4 hours prior to appointment - 50% of 3 hours value
• Less than 4 hours - 100% of 3 hours value
